Any coaching engagement starts with a thorough understanding of your business, the situation of the leader that you want to develop through coaching, her or his business goals and development needs. Based on this, I develop a plan that suits the situation of your leader and the coaching topics that she or he will work with.

We work for are period of 6-8 months with monthly sessions of 1- 1½ hours. Between sessions, the coachee will work with assignments tailored to goals for the coaching; these assignments will help the coachee apply and integrate the learning from the coaching sessions to make the transformation.

Does your coaching need require a different process and framework, it is absolutely possible to adapt the coaching to the individual needs of clients and coachees.

I coach via Zoom, Microsoft Teams and face to face meetings.
